What’s been going on at The Lighthouse in August?

We have been open throughout August and have been:

creating fruit smoothies, making wraps to eat, engineering collaged portraits of each other, games, making jewellery and giant loom bands. We’ve also had an Art Therapy group running every week focusing on self-expression and how to be ‘present’.

Please find attached our leaflet. It would be greatly appreciated if you could share these with young people, parents/carers and colleagues.  Please feel free to contact us with any questions on:  cyp@easthantsmind.org

Best wishes,
