Roblox remains a hugely popular platform with children, but parents should be aware of several online safety concerns. Because Roblox hosts millions of user‑created games, moderation can be inconsistent, meaning younger players may still encounter inappropriate or mature content despite filters being in place.
The platform’s chat features also carry risks. Investigations have shown that harmful or unsuitable messages can sometimes bypass automated moderation, raising concerns about contact from strangers, including potential grooming attempts.
